The Board of Trustees

Dr Henry Mushonga is currently the Director of Administration and Professional staff officer of ZANU PF. He has worked in the mining industry in South Africa as the Group Community Development Manager of Glencore Coal and Xstrata Coal for 8years. Dr Henry Mushonga has been a Lecturer for Development Studies at the University of Johannesburg and an external Lecturer and examiner of University of South Africa. He is also the Deputy Board Chairperson for the Grain Marketing Board.
Dr Henry Mushonga holds a Doctoral Literarum et Philosophiae in Development Studies (DLitt et Phil) from the University of Johannesburg, Masters of Commerce in Business Management (Mcom) from Rand Afrikaans University, MA (Development Studies), B.A (Honours) in Development Studies and a Diploma in Education from the University of Zimbabwe.

Ms Rosinah Hove is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) with over 10 years post qualification experience. She is currently the Regional Chief Finance Officer of Liquid Telecom, Southern African Region and has been the Head of Finance for 8 years. She has also been the Finance Director of Celsys Limited for five (5) years, Acquisition Accountant for Peak Holdings and Audit Senior for Deloitte and Touche Harare.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours from the University of Zimbabwe, BCompt (Hons) Accounting from UNISA and she completed Articles of Clerkship at Deloitte.
Ms Rosinah Hove is a Board member and Finance Committee Chairperson of the Grain Marketing Board. She also chairs the Society’s Finance Committee.

Dr Stanford Chigumira is an experienced doctor who has been highly exposed to medical operations in the military and civil settings, with (thirty) 30 years of progressive experience. He has worked for the Defence force health Services as a senior medical officer and is currently a General Family Practitioner at Afgate Clinic.
Dr Stanford Chigumira holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in International Relations and Contemporary Diplomacy and many other courses obtained in the United States of America. He is the Vice President of the Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZiMA) Mashonaland branch.
Dr Stanford Chigumira is the Board of Trustees Medical Advisor.

Mrs Monica Chinamasa is a highly experienced farmer currently specialising in Tobacco, Seed Maize, Commercial Maize, Sorghum, Barley/ Wheat and Cattle. She has been a farmer in different fields since 1999. She is also currently the Managing Director of Tsukumai Wanachi Industries (Pvt) Ltd and the President of Zimbabwe National Farmers Union (ZNFU). Mrs Monica Chinamasa has been the Founder member and Vice Chairperson of Headlands Farmers Syndicate since 2004 and a Patron for Atlas Farmers Syndicate, Dowa since 2005. She is the former Chairperson of the Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board a position she held from April 2008 to December 2019.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Botany from the University of Zimbabwe. She also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Zimbabwe.
Mrs Monica Chinamasa represents the interests of farmers on the Board.

Mr Sandisiwe Dube is an experienced analytics professional with five years of progressive experience in Regulatory and Banking Environments. He has experience in supporting model development and validation projects, particularly credit risk models including IFRS 9 models and credit scorecard models. Mr Sandisiwe Dube also has experience in working on critical credit risk related projects and he has worked as the risk analyst at First Capital Bank for 3 years. He has worked for Zimra and is currently the Group Risk Manager for First Capital Bank Group.
He holds a Bachelor in Science Honours Degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology and he is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Financial Engineering.
Mr Sandisiwe Dube is the Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Board Committee and is particularly focused on Risk and Actuarial issues on the Board of Trustees

Ms Moddie Chikadaya is a professional in Safety, Health and Environment Management. She is currently the Safety, Health and Environment Compliance Officer for Grain Marketing Board. She has great exposure on implementing and maintaining Occupational Safety, Health and Environment programs in compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Ms Moddie Chikadaya holds a Bachelor of Science Human Resources Management Honours Degree from Midlands State University, Diploma in Personnel Management from IPMZ, Occupational Safety and Health Management Certificate from NSSA, Basic First Aid Certificate from Red Cross and Industrial firefighting certificate from City of Harare Emergency Services.
Ms Moddie Chikadaya represents the interests of the Grain Marketing Board on the Society’s Board of Trustees.

Mrs Georgina Machekera has a strong accounting background with professionalism in the preparation of annual capital budgets, preparation of the Board’s Public Sector Investment Programme forecasts for incorporation into the National Budget. She is currently the Budgets and Costing Officer of the Grain Marketing Board.
Mrs Georgina Machekera holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Pace College, a Diploma in Accountancy from Kushinga Phikelela Technical College and an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership from Zimbabwe Institute of Management. She is currently studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance through Midlands State University.

Mr David Chigogo represents the interests of the key stakeholder – the captive market employees on the Board. He is currently the President of the Grain Marketing Board and Silo Food Industries Limited Workers Union. He is the former Secretary General of the Grain Marketing Board Workers Union. He also holds various Board of Trustees positions with the Grain Marketing Board family namely the Grain Marketing Board Housing Fund, the Grain Marketing Board Pension Fund, the Grain Marketing Board Funeral Fund and is a Councillor of the Grain Marketing Board National Employment Council.
